Director - Kristi Buchholz
Kristi has been in the Early Childhood Education world since 1986.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and believes we should all be life long learners. Kristi focuses on building meaningful relationships with children and their families, forming strong partnerships with parents is key to providing the best learning environment for children. Decades of spending her days with preschoolers has proven to her that children learn best through play.
Kristi is a Bay Area native who loves spending time with friends and family. Kristi lives locally with her husband Greg, and is the proud mom to two amazing young adults.

Miss Megan
Miss Megan is a teacher in the Beaver room. She has been with CVPCC since 2014. She loves seeing the children’s smiling faces and hearing all of the funny things they have to say! Her favorite things to do with the children are painting, singing silly songs during circle time, and playing games with the big parachute. When she is not in the classroom, she is spending time with her son who is almost 1. She also enjoys decorating cakes and making treats for family and friends’ special occasions!

Miss Lisa
Lisa has worked professionally in child care since 2017. She was a Girl Scout volunteer troop leader for over eighteen years. She enjoys hiking and camping, arts and crafts, and traveling. Her favorite parts of her job are reading stories, conducting science experiments, and singing and dancing with the kids.

Miss Wendy
Wendy has been with CVPCC for 20 years. She has been working with children for 31 years. When not at school, she enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren.

Miss Cassie
Cassie has been working with children for 23 years, 21 of those with preschoolers. She lives locally with her husband and 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, barbecuing, boating, reading and baking.

Teacher James
James has been at CVPCC for over three years, and has worked with children for seven years.
James likes seeing their students develop social and emotional skills that allow them to become independent, self-sufficient learners.
When not at school, James likes reading, writing, crocheting or listening to music. They also enjoy walks through the neighborhood with their turtle, Cristina.

Miss Haley
Miss Haley has been working with children for 5 years, and most enjoys the eagerness they have to learn everything about the way the world works. She has been with CVPCC for 3 years, first as a sub and now as a teacher. When Haley is not studying, she is with her friends, family, or boyfriend. Though teaching is her first passion, she also enjoys gardening, reading, and thrift shopping.

Miss Emily
Emily has been working at CVPCC for over 3 years now as a teacher’s aide. As an aide she has the opportunity to bounce around each classroom and spend time with every child, which she really enjoys! She is currently in college and during her free time she enjoys hiking and exploring new places. Recently she has enjoyed stargazing and drawing as pastimes.

Miss Danielle
Danielle is a single mom with 2 children.. She has been working with children for more than 30 years through children’s choir, coaching and volunteering in her children’s classrooms. She has helped with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop for 10 years and now landed here at CVPCC in her dream job. “I love these littles like my own!”
